Abandoned

Stockholm, Weekly Photo Challenge

In the evening, when the workers are gone, the Slaughterhouse district becomes deserted. The construction site next to it is also abandoned during night time.  Public places designed for large numbers of people automatically seem to become horrifying playgrounds for the imagination when nobody is around. Or perhaps we’ve only seen too many scary movies? The theme of the weekly WordPress Photo Challenge is Abandoned.

    • Thank you, Stefano. It is an old photo, perhaps taken three years ago. I used more colours then. But I’m still fond of it. Glad you liked it, too.
